Under her dress she wears black thigh-high stay-up stockings. Scarlet wears a long red satin dress that has a plunging neckline and a slit on the side and matching high heels. In Final Fantasy VII she has a necklace she does not wear in Before Crisis. In Before Crisis -Final Fantasy VII- her earrings are blue, and in Final Fantasy VII they are red.
